Description: SANDIKA is an AI-powered interactive assessment platform designed to evaluate non-cognitive competencies during CPNS selection. By leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP), scenario simulation, and decision-pattern classification, SANDIKA analyzes how applicants respond to real-world workplace dilemmas (integrity, empathy, leadership, service orientation). 

Role: CTO - Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Co-Founder 

Description: PanoramiX is an AI platform for export matchmaking, designed to connect Indonesian MSMEs with global buyers using data-driven insights. It integrates trade statistics, natural language processing, and agentic AI to analyze product potential by HS code, map target countries, and recommend potential overseas buyers based on market demand and regulatory fit.

Description: Xport Genie is an AI-powered platform designed to simplify the export process for Indonesian SMEs. Combining computer vision and generative AI, it streamlines every step—from product identification and HS code classification to market recommendations, regulatory guidance, and marketing content generation. Built on official data from agencies such as the Ministry of Trade and BPS, the platform helps small businesses expand globally with confidence. Xport Genie aims to boost Indonesia’s export competitiveness by empowering entrepreneurs with instant, accurate, and accessible trade solutions, ultimately contributing to national economic transformation.

Description: MAtrix adalah tim inovasi yang terdiri dari tiga profesional: Ratnaningsih Hidayati sebagai CEO, Marpaleni sebagai CTO, dan Nadya M. Rachman sebagai Designer (UI/UX). Kombinasi keahlian strategis, teknis, dan desain membuat MAtrix mampu mengubah data & AI menjadi solusi nyata untuk pelayanan publik.

Description: RANGKAI is a knowledge-sharing initiative co-founded by Marpaleni and Renny Veronika, initiated to develop and strengthen the statistical analysis capacity of BPS district and city analysis teams across South Sumatra. By fostering collaboration and continuous learning, RANGKAI ensures consistent, high-quality insights that support better data-driven decisions.

Description: Executive English Series (EES) is a collaborative speaking-practice program for senior statisticians and leaders within BPS South Sumatera. Designed as a safe, non-intimidating learning circle, EES focuses on improving real-world English communication used in meetings, presentations, and data-driven discussions — especially when delivering official statistics such as GRDP, inflation, and labor indicators.

Description: IELTS Learning Circle is a free, collaborative program for professionals to prepare for IELTS confidently. We run ten 60-minute sessions combining strategy, timed mini tests, and peer feedback. The curriculum begins with a baseline mock (L/R), introduces test format and scoring, then deep-dives into Listening, Reading, Writing Task 1 & 2, integrated review, and culminates in Speaking & Writing practice with rubric-based feedback.

Description : LetsMeetUp is an innovative platform aimed at facilitating English conversation practice for statisticians in BPS Sumsel and their peers. The service focuses on creating a supportive environment where professionals can enhance their English communication skills through structured meetups and informal gatherings, tailored specifically to the needs of statisticians and data analysts.
